She developed her expertise in corporate retail spending time at the buying level for Charming Shoppes before becoming Women’s Fashion Buyer and General Manager for the acclaimed Suzanne Roberts Boutique in Philadelphia. "I learned a lot about what real women are looking for and what they expect. Working with clients in a direct and intimate way is incredibly rewarding. It is really powerful how a simple change of wardrobe, color or understanding of body type can transform a person and how they feel about themselves," she says. Before starting her own company, Megan bought and developed products and programs at home shopping powerhouse, QVC.

In addition, to Kristel Closets Inc., Megan serves as the Media Image Expert for Furia Rubel Communications, Inc., preparing their clients for on air presentations and public appearances. She is partnered with the Greater Philadelphia Tourism Marketing Corp, and provides personalized shopping “tours” for visitors to Philadelphia. She is a local go to media expert, working with area news and radio stations. Most recently, she was selected by City Explorer TV to serve as the local fashion expert for their work with the Four Seasons Hotel as they develop their information channel specifically featuring Megan and area retail. As a public speaker, her sell out workshops incorporate her trademark humor and disarming nature with real life advice and practical solutions.

Megan is a graduate of Temple University's Fox School of Business with a BA in Marketing and is an alumnus of Phi Sigma Sigma Sorority, Xi Chapter. She is a member of the AICI (Association of Image Consultants International), serves on the Leadership Board for the eWomen Network King of Prussia Chapter, is a member of The National Association of Female Executives, The Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, The Center City Proprietors Association, The Women's Business Forum of Bucks County and volunteers with The Career Wardrobe, a non profit organization that helps low income women return to the workforce through donations of professional clothing and educational workshops.
